Yes. Inspectagram® is used by inspectors across the U.S. and Canada, including support for state-specific templates and requirements like Texas TREC and Florida Wind Mitigation.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer email and live demo support from real inspectors who know the job. You can also access video guides and documentation from within the app.

How do I sign up?

Download the app from the App Store and pick the plan that fits your business.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get three free weeks before the Apple subscription starts.

How do I set up inspectaHUB?

Log into admin.inspectagram.io using the same Apple ID you use in the app.

From there, you can set company details, business hours, time off, and embed scheduling on your website.

You can upload your own agreement or use the standard InterNACHI agreement provided.

How do I set up payments?

Tap the money icon in the app to connect your payout account. Once connected, you can accept online payments and control when the report is released.

Do you offer a discount for longer terms?

The bi-annual plan lowers your cost over time.

Are plans auto-renewed?

Yes. Plans renew through the Apple Store unless you cancel.

Do you need my payment info?

Apple processes all payments. We do not store your card details.

What is Team Inspect?

Up to ten inspectors from the same company can work on the same report at the same time.

Who can see my reports?

Only inspectors inside your company. Reports live in your Archive.

Can I control what other inspectors can do?

The company owner controls publishing, templates, scheduling, agreements and payments.

Can I prevent side jobs?

Yes. Require all reports to publish through your company account.

Which devices does inspectagram support?

iPhone today. Android is planned. There is no specific release date yet.

Can I work on reports from a desktop?

Yes. Log into InspectaHUB to review jobs, scheduling, agreements and permissions.

Can I work offline?

Yes. Take photos and notes without signal. Your report syncs when you reconnect.

Can I customize my reports?

Edit chapters, pages and components to match how you inspect.

What templates are included?

Baseline Pro is the master template with every chapter. Duplicate it and customize, or build from scratch using the Library. Templates are built from chapters, chapters have pages and pages use components. Components are customizable too.

Can inspectors create their own templates?

Only if you turn it on. Owners choose who can build or edit templates. Most companies lock template control to protect consistency and reduce liability.

Do you support TREC?

The TREC-compliant PDF is available from the “?” icon in the app. Complete your inspectagram report first, then fill the TREC form and link the report.

Do you support 4-Point, Wind Mitigation and environmental testing?

Yes. These are included as chapters in Baseline Pro. Turn them on when needed or duplicate the master and remove what you do not need.

Can I edit or cancel a booking after it is made?

Yes. Change the inspector, date, time or address. Add notes. Cancel if needed.

Can clients reschedule?

Yes. Clients can reschedule. You can confirm or adjust in inspectaHUB.

Can I embed scheduling on my website?

Yes. Embed the widget or share a secure booking link.

Can I attach my agreement and collect signatures?

Use the standard InterNACHI agreement we provide or upload your own. The client signs digitally and a copy is stored for the client, the inspector and your company.

Do you support payments and report release after payment?

Yes. You can accept online payments and choose when the report is released.
