  • All photos are clear and concise

  • All of the component icons are now photos

  • There are no blank photo cells left in the report

  • Issues, Actions and Locations are all completed

  • Summary Notes drops downs have been used (rarely change these)

  • All unused pages have been deleted

  • Invoices are sent and the contract is signed
