Critical setup step: link your SOPs correctly.

Set It Once, Use It Everywhere.

When you update your template, those changes automatically apply to all future jobs that use it.

This means:

  • You only need to link your SOPs once

  • Every report generated from this template will follow those settings

Link your SOPs before you start

Before using your template, you need to link and clearly state your Standards of Practice (SOPs).

This ensures your reports align with your actual inspection standards and helps avoid compliance issues.

Once complete you’ll be able to use this template for jobs.

Step 1: Duplicate the template

  • Go to Templates

  • Select Baseline Pro Global or Baseline Pro House

  • Tap it, then click the duplicate icon (top right)

  • Rename it

Step 2: Add your SOP URL to the disclaimer

  • Scroll to the Disclaimer page, the “Stuff” (Don’t click the Edit button at the top right)

  • Tap the page to edit

  • Replace the placeholder text with your official SOP URL (you must use http:// or https://)

  • Click the Checkmark at the bottom of the page to save

Step 3: Update the Agreement (contract)

Scroll to the Agreement section (all the way down…)

  • Tap → then, select “2. Purpose / Scope”

  • Replace:

    (INSERT WHICH SOPS AND URL WEBSITE LNK)

    with:

    • Your SOP name (e.g., InterNACHI or ASHI)

    • Your SOP URL

    • Once completed, click the top left back arrow to return to the previous page

    Examples:

    You may also link:

    • your company standards page

    • internal SOP reference pages

    • ancillary service standards

    • local regulatory references

    Once you have updated this section, click the top left back arrow to return to the previous page.

  • Tap → “11. Local Requirements”

  • Copy, paste and modify the prompt provided in Section 11 of the Universal Agreement using your local jurisdiction and applicable inspection details.

    This section can be customized for:

    • local legal requirements

    • provincial/state wording

    • licensing requirements

    • AI-assisted summary disclosures

    • weather/accessibility limitations

    • region-specific disclosures

You may use AI tools to help identify region-specific wording or disclosure considerations. Always review all generated language for accuracy, insurance compliance and local legal requirements before use.

Once you have updated this section, click the top left back arrow to return to the previous page, then again to return to the main template.

Step 4: Review

This template is designed to align with:

  • InterNACHI

  • ASHI

If you use a different SOP, ensure all references match your chosen standard.

Important

  • This is the only required setup step before using your template

  • Everything else is already configured and ready to use

  • These sections are designed to meet or exceed InterNACHI and ASHI standards
