Open the app and sign in using the Apple ID you used to subscribe. Use the same Apple ID in the app and in inspectaHUB so everything stays connected.

inspectagram is currently available on iPhone where the majority of our users work. Support for Android devices is planned for the future, but no official release date has been set.

Sign in to inspectaHUB in your browser at admin.inspectagram.io using the same Apple ID you use in the app.

From there you can set company details, business hours, time off and connect your online booking link to your website or emails.

In the app, tap the money icon to start HootiePay onboarding. Connect your payout account through the secure flow.

Once set up, you can accept online payments and choose when reports are released—including automatic release after payment.

No. You can use inspectagram on its own.

inspectaHUB connects scheduling, contracts and client intake to your reports.

HootiePay is our default payment solution for online payments and automatic report release once the invoice is paid. You can turn each on when you are ready.

Yes—all new users get a free seven day trial prior to the Apple subscription starting.

Yes—you’ll save a few hundred dollars when you sign up for our bi-annual plan.

Yes—subscriptions renew automatically through the Apple Store unless canceled.

All iOS subscription payments are processed securely by Apple. We don’t collect or store your card details ourselves.

Team Inspect allows multiple inspectors to collaborate on the same report in real time, without overwriting each others sections. It’s perfect for mentoring, multi-inspector companies or fast-tracking new hires.

Yes—owners can go to Profile > Team > Invite, enter inspector phone numbers and send them an invite.

Only if they’re on your team and assigned to the report.

Only inspectors inside your company. Reports live in your Archive and are not visible to anyone outside your team unless you share them.

Yes—as the account owner, you control publishing, templates, contracts, scheduling and payments.

Yes—you can require reports to be published only through your company account.

Yes—the templates are fully customizable. Customize once or create templates for specific job types.

Yes—inspectagram comes with a selection of customizable templates. You can also build your own or lock a master template for consistency.

Baseline Pro is the master template with every chapter. You can duplicate it, customize it or build your own from scratch using the Library.

Only if you allow it. You decide who can create or edit templates—most companies lock this to ensure brand and legal consistency.

Yes, but we strongly advise not to use video. Taking or sharing video may expose you to liability, privacy violations, theft accusations, defamation, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use—a major risk flagged by multiple law firms.

Yes. Log into inspectaHUB to review jobs, scheduling, agreements, permissions and report details from a desktop.

Yes. Take photos and notes without signal. Your report syncs when you reconnect.

The TREC-compliant PDF is available from the “?” icon in the app. Complete your inspectagram report first, then fill the TREC form and link the report.

Yes. These are included as chapters in Baseline Pro. Turn them on when needed or duplicate the master and remove what you do not need.

Yes. Change the inspector, date, time or address. Add notes. Cancel if needed.

Yes. Clients can reschedule. You can confirm or adjust in inspectaHUB.

Yes. Embed the widget or share a secure booking link.

Use the standard InterNACHI agreement we provide or upload your own. The client signs digitally and a copy is stored for the client, the inspector and your company.

We don’t offer refunds; the app is managed through the iOS Apple Store.

You can cancel your subscription directly through your Apple account. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

To delete your account on the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Me.
