A solid home inspection report isn’t just data—it’s a story your clients can actually understand. Use these tips to keep it clear, structured, and packed with the info that matters most.

Photo Tip: close up photography keeps your client focused on what you are talking about and your liabilities at bay.

Extras Tip: For capturing anomalies out side the baseline.

  • Right hand column: Support Photos (Exhibit B)

Known Components: always photograph and rate (never leave as an icon).
Support Photos: you can’t rate these (use a photo or pictagram).

Tip: You summary should be quick, clear and easy enough for your grandma to understand.
