2. Lead inspector setup
Complete all Elements and most Insurance drop-downs.
3. Start outside
Finish the Cover, Drone, Exterior and Garage before clients arrive.
4. When clients arrive
Set expectations, build trust and let them know you’ll check in but need space.
5. Complete each chapter before moving on:

        Prepare the area: open panels, turn on fixtures and get everything ready.
      
        Capture the baseline: photos + rating + issue + action + location + a short summary.
      
        Black Box: ramble one defect at a time in ChatGPT → clean it up → copy/paste.
      
6. Final pass
Polish the summary, then delete any unused pages.
7. Client overview + send
Walk clients through the BIG items, show them how to navigate the report, invoice, wait for payment and then send.
