How do I log in for the first time?
Use the same Apple ID for the app and InspectaHUB to stay connected.
Where do I manage scheduling and availability?
Use the same Apple ID for the app and InspectaHUB to stay connected. Update availability from the green profile icon, or manage it in InspectaHUB at admin.inspectagram.io.
Where do my past reports live?
Open Archives to access all past reports. Reports are searchable by metadata like date, location and client details.

Can I customize my templates?
Yes. Duplicate an existing template then edit chapters, pages and components to match your workflow.
What is the Library?
The Library is where templates, chapters, pages, agreements and known components live. You can duplicate and customize most items.

What do the ratings mean to the client?
Immediate attention means "Needs prompt action".

Attention means "Monitor or plan for future action".

What do the ratings mean to inspectors?

Why does the table of contents not jump when I tap it?
The Table of Contents auto-updates for the final client report and lets clients jump between sections once published. While working, inspectors use the menu to move between chapters. It updates automatically and keeps the report organized.
Can I work offline?
Capture photos and notes offline. During TEAM inspections, reports automatically sync once you reconnect to data or Wi-Fi.
Payments and Report Delivery
Is payment always tied to the report?
No. Payment is only tied to report release if you attach the report to the invoice. If you do not attach it you can send the report separately by text or email.
Can I choose whether to pass transaction fees to the client?
Yes. During setup you can choose to pass transaction fees to the client or absorb them yourself.
Can I change my fee setting later?
Yes. Contact payments@inspectagram.io to request a change.
