Texas inspectors are required to complete the official TREC inspection report.

1. Open the form below from your iPhone → tap Share → Copy (or Save to Files with a new name).

   • This keeps your original blank form safe for the next job.

2. Fill out the copy

   • Complete all required TREC fields.

   • Pg 32: Add inspectagram® report link

3. Save only pages 26–32

   • Tap Share → Print → Range 26–32.

   • Tap Share → Save to Files → rename and save it on your phone.

   • That’s your official TREC copy — 7 pages (26–32).
